
I absolutely love Grande Bay. I love its location, the actual units, and so much more. I have so many friends and family who stay there. In fact, my parents and best friend just spent a week there earlier this month! I currently have three units available for sale in Grande Bay. These are fractional units, so you would own one week each year. It’s a great way to own a piece of St. John without a higher price tag. These fractional residences are long-term leases (not deeded weeks), and they come with full use of all of Grande Bay’s amenities, including pool, spa, gym, concierge, and more.
Here is what I currently have listed for sale:
- I have a large studio for sale. This is available for flex weeks 15-50, which is April 11th through December 19th next year. This means that you can choose one available week during that period. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The unit has a kitchenette, balcony, and washer and dryer. This unit does not come with a parking spot. April 25th through May 2 is currently reserved for 2026. (You could change that week if you decide to purchase this unit.) All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The unit has a kitchenette, balcony, and washer and dryer. This unit does not come with a parking spot. It does, however, come with full use of all of Grande Bay’s amenities, including the pool, spa, gym and concierge. The list price is $9,950. The annual fee was $988 for 2025.
- I have a larger, one-bedroom for sale. This is available for flex weeks 17-23, which is April 25th through June 13th next year. This means that you can choose one available week during that period. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The unit has a full kitchen, balcony, and washer and dryer. It also comes with a parking spot. You can purchase the Jeep Club through Grande Bay for an additional $2,500. This comes with full use of all of Grande Bay’s amenities, including the pool, spa, gym and concierge. The list price for this unit is $15,000. The annual fee was $1,288 for 2025.
Grande Bay is the large complex that you see on your right when you are pulling into the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock. It is located across the street from Cruz Bay beach, and every room has a view. What makes Grande Bay a great spot is that you can walk to so many places, including the ferry dock, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, shops, and so much more. It has a pool, hot tub, gym and 24-hour concierge too.
