For just $199, we are offering villa owners the opportunity to add one interior and one exterior 360-degree image to your listing. Below are samples of what we can provide. Simply by moving your cursor on a laptop/desktop or your finger on a smartphone, you can look up, down and all around the image. You can zoom in and out too. We can set the image to begin in place as seen in the exterior shot below, or you can opt to have your image begin automatically on a loop as demonstrated in the interior shot. We can customize all images by adding logos, your villa’s name, contact info, etc.

Full Property Virtual Tours

We are also creating complete virtual tours for properties on St. John. Virtual tours are beneficial as they allow potential guests to feel like they are walking through a property. A recent Google study found that that people would be twice as interested in booking a vacation property if it included a virtual tour. Virtual tours also have the potential to reduce traveler inquiries about your property, resulting in faster booking times. The ROI on producing a virtual tour is estimated at being just four weeks per that same Google survey.

The cost of a virtual tour is $750 for up to three bedrooms. Each additional bedroom is $250. Each tour includes 20+ high quality, color-corrected, panoramic HDR images with a shareable link and embed code. If your business is listed on Google, we will submit the Virtual Tour to Street View.
